Each member of the team poured their heart into ensuring the show’s success.

Despite tight deadlines and unexpected challenges, the cast and crew’s passion and resilience shone through. Their teamwork transformed a demanding production season into an extraordinary accomplishment.

Coming This Spring: The Diviners by Jim Leonard, Jr.

The excitement continues this spring as the drama department prepares to stage The Diviners by Jim Leonard, Jr. Set in a small Indiana town during the Great Depression, this powerful drama tells the story of Buddy Layman, a boy with an extraordinary gift for finding water but deeply scarred by a near-drowning experience that left him terrified of it. His bond with a disillusioned preacher, C.C. Showers, forms the heart of the play, as their friendship brings hope and healing to both. However, the town’s desperate need for faith and Buddy’s inner struggles lead to a heart-wrenching conclusion. Combining humor and poignant themes, The Diviners explores community, loss, and the human need for redemption and belonging.
